Apply In-Person

1. To apply for official visa, you should visit the Qatar Embassy to submit your application, you can view the location map and contact details of Qatar embassies through this link: Link
2. Prepare the required documents for the official visa application mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below and confirm with the Qatar consulate/embassy in your region if you need to book an appoint for submitting your application through the contacts provided below in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section: Qatar Embassies Address.
3. Visit the embassy and obtain the visa application form from the reception of the embassy and fill it as required
4. Attach all the required documents to the application form and submit it to the consulate assisting officer for verification
5. The official will go through your visa application and if it is correct, enters your information in the automated system for the visa processing
6. The visa will be processed and issued to you within 24 hours
