1. Please access the following link to access portal : MADLSA
2. Type term "ban" on the search box on the left and click search icon.
3. In the search results look for "Enquirie about Suspension of Establishment’s Transactions (Ban on Establishment)">
4. You will be taken to next screen where you will be provided with information. Please read through the information and requirements and click on "Apply" option to proceed with application.

No fees are required for this service.

• Establishments can use this service to inquire about their banning status online through the e-services portal of the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA).
