Qatar - Get unified Vehicle Registration


Procedure

Apply In-Person

  1. To get unified vehicle registration, applicant has to visit the Licensing Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

  3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form along with the vehicle and then submit it to the respective officer in the General Directorate of Traffic Department in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After the verification process, unified vehicle registration is done.

  • Visa copy.
  • NOC letter (Personal sponsorship)
  • Sponsor ID card.
  • Vehicle insurance.
  • Establishment ID card (Company sponsorship)

Instructions

  • In the “Metrash2” mobile Application, one who has Qatar ID can easily login and enter into the application to make use of the services provided.
  • The application form must be typed in Arabic only.
  • Vehicle insurance valid for one year along with a copy of your ID.
