1. To establish a limited liability Company with multiple members, applicant has to visit the Commercial Registration and Licenses Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the commercial registration and licenses department in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the limited liability company owned with multiple members license on a specified date.

Apply Online

1. To establish a limited liability Company with multiple members through online, visit the following link: Online Portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user id and password then click on “login” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “new user” option.
4. Read the general instruction carefully and click on “I Agree” button.
5. In the next page, if you have valid Qatar residency please choose “yes” from the dropdown menu. If you don’t have valid Qatar residency please choose “No” from the dropdown menu.
6. In the next page, please select the document type from the dropdown menu. Then enter the appropriate details from the applicable field and click on “Next” button.
7. Now complete the form with necessary information and click on “Next” button.
8. You will receive an SMS with the verification code to your registered mobile number.
9. In the next page you enter the verification code and click on “Next” button.
10. In the next page you can upload the required documents then enter the required information and click on “Next” button.
11. In the next page acknowledgement statement is available, read it carefully then select the checkbox and click on “Submit” button.
12. Now you will receive an email with a case number and a verification link. Verify your email using that link. Then visit the nearest MOCI office and submit the case number to the respective officer which you have received in your email and SMS.
13. After submitting your case number, officers will verify and activate your new user.
14. After successful login, please select trade name of company then complete the online form with necessary information then click on applicable option.
15. In the next page, you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
16. Once you complete this,you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
17. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate to have the commercial register and Qatar Chamber membership issued through your debit or credit card.
18. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
19. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the limited liability company with multiple members license on a specified date.

1. Copy of applicant Qatar ID card.
2. Articles of incorporation documents attested from the ministry of justice.
3. Copy of personal identification document of partners, applicant and authorized signatories.
4. Approval of entities concerned with commercial activities (in case the activity requires prior approval).

• Applicant and partners who have personal identification document are eligible to apply.

• Applicable fees are as follows:

1. Cost of incorporation: QR1,500 + activity fee + Qatar Chamber fees
2. In case the name is not Arabic: QR1,000
3. In case the name is a trademark: QR1,000

• Applicant shall be a reserved trade name to establish a limited liability Company owned by one person.
