Apply In-Person:

1. For cross registration in community college of Qatar, applicant has to visit thestudent services department at Qatar University office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and sent from his/her email to the Registration Section email (registrations@qu.edu.qa) or submit it to the respective officer in the Qatar University office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, cross registration will be made in Community College of Qatar (CCQ).

Apply Online

1. For cross registration in community college of Qatar through online, visit the following link: Online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your Login ID and PIN then click on “Login” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, please click on “First time user account creation” option.
4. Now you will enter the new login ID and pin then click on “Login” button.
5. After successful login, please select the ‘Application Type’ as “CCQ Cross Registration” from the dropdown menu and click on “Continue” button.
6. In the next page, complete the form with necessary information and click on “Fill Out Application” button.
7. In the next page,please select the 1st section and you can enter the required information and upload the required documents then click on “Continue” button likewise complete all the sections.
8. After complete all sections click on “Application is Complete” button.
9. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
10. After verification process, Community College of Qatar (CCQ) cross will be registered.

• Copy of the Qatar ID card (For Qataris students).
• Copy of passport (For Non-Qataris).
• Passport size photography.
• Copyof the Official and certified CCQ transcript to Qatar University.

• QU student shall submit a request to the Qatar University to cross registration in community college of Qatar.
• QU and CCQ institution will allow the host student to register in no more than eighteen (18) credit hours per semester.
• The combined credit hours taken at both QU and CCQ per semester must not exceed the allowed hours according to your GPA.

• Name of the applicant.

• Student can participate in the Cross-Registration program 4 times for the duration of the study, and all grades of the courses will be reflected at the end of semester at both institutions.

• The Qatar University has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
