Apply In-Person:

1. To complaint against a private school, applicant has to visit the Private School Licensing Department at the Ministry of education and higher education (MOEHE) office.

3. Applicant has to approach the authorities of Ministry of education and higher education and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the private school licensing department in the Ministry of education and higher education address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your complaint will be taken into necessary action.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the private school licensing department in the Ministry of education and higher education to make complaint against a private school.

• Qatar ID card number.
• Passport number.
• Lost certificate number (If known)

• To make compliant for control the illegal activities, any other un wanted activities or collect extra fees.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
