Apply Online

1. Visit the Ministry of Interior (MOI) website: Link and then select E-services to login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
2. Once logged in click on "Traffic Services" option then select "Cancel Vehicle Exit Permit" option to open vehicles exit permit list.
3. Scroll the list to find the vehicle for which the permit is to be cancelled and select it, then click on "Next” button to submit the application.
4. Upon a successful submission, you will receive a notification stating that your request for exit permit cancellation has been received.
5. Afterward you will be notified that you have successfully cancelled the vehicle exit permit.
