Apply In-Person:

1. To cancel fish transport permit or license, applicant has to visit the Fishermen Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MME office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the fishermen affairs department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, fish transport permit or license will be cancelled.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the fishermen affairs department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to cancel fish transport permit or license.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card.
• Fish transport card number.

• When you are no longer in need of a fish transport permit and you are not going to transport fishes anymore, you have to apply for a cancellation of the permit in a prescribed format.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
