1. To cancel commercial agent registration, applicant has to visit the commercial registration and licensing department in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the commercial registration and licensing department in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the approval for cancelling the commercial agent registration on a specified date.

1. Copy of Qatar ID card for all partners (or owner in case of an individual institution).
2. Official letter from the Qatari company to apply to cancel the registration indicating the reasons (if any).

• Local investors can submit a request to the commercial registration and licenses department in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to cancel the registration of a commercial agent.
• After the application is submitted, it is reviewed by the competent officer who cancels the registration and prints the approval.
