2. Now complete the form with necessary information then tick the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Submit” button.
3. In the next page, successful pop-message will display.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted data’s.
5. After verification process, you will receive an email or SMS with a appointment date and time.
