1. Visit the Qatar foundation online portal through this link: Link to submit your application
2. Select you preferred language at the top corner of the webpage and click on “start now” button to fill the online application form
3. Fill in your details and click on “Continue” to direct you to the next page
4. Select your purpose of visiting the Qatar foundation and your preferred language and click on “Continues” to go to the next page of Date and Time
5. Choose the date and time you prefer to visit the foundation and also choose an alternative preferred date and time and then click on the "Continue" button
6. In the “Location” page, confirm where you would like to visit in the Qatar Foundation: Note that you can select up to a maximum of three places to visit and then click on “Continue" to direct you to the “Participants” Page
7. In this page, fill the full names of the people you will visit with the QF and their titles. You can added up to twenty participants by clicking on “Add more” button to open a new tile for adding names and tile
8. You can option to edit the information you have provided by clicking the “Back” button to the page you want to edit or click on the "Continue" button to go the “Review” page
9. If you are satisfied with the information you have provided in the review page, Click on "Submit” button to send the application
10. You will receive an informatory notification acknowledging your request is being processed and you will receive a confirmation email within two working days
