Apply In-Person:

1. To apply to extend exempted visa, applicant has to visit the visa service Department at the ministry of interior (MOI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the public service officer in the visa service Department in Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, exempted visa will be extended.

Apply Online

1. To apply to extend exempted visa through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. After visiting website, please select “E-services” then login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
3. After successful login, please click on "Visa Services" menu and then click on applicable option.
4. n the next page, complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
5. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
6. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate fees through your credit or debit card.
7. After successful payment, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, exempted visa will be extended.

• Applicant who have exempted visa are eligible to extend.

• Application form should be typed in Arabic language only.
• Name and data should be typed as written in the passport.

• Name of the applicant.
• Contact number.
• E mail ID.
• Sponsor Qatar ID number.
• Applicant passport number.
• Nationality.

• If any violating the mentioned terms in application form, the ministry of interior rights to take legal action.
