Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Smart Lockers service online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Link
2. In the opening page, select any one Post Smart Lockers among the available services.

   • Note: Smart locker option is temporarily not available.

3. Once you have made the selection for the delivery service, your order will be delivered at the locker that you chose.
4. After the delivery, an sms or an email will be sent to you with a PIN code which should be used to open the locker.
5. Make use of the received pin code and follow the instructions on the touch screen and do the required action as applicable.
6. By this way, after completing all necessary steps, you will be able to collect the parcel within a time span of 48 hours.
