Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for seamen entry visa, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Passports at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the general directorate of passports in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, seamen entry visa will be approved.

• Copy of valid passport and letter of undertaking from maritime agent.
• Proof of pass the medical examination outside the country as per the mechanism specified by the concerned authorities.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the general directorate of passports in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to apply for seamen entry visa.

• E mail ID
• Passport number.

• Applicant who comes to Qatar to join in any temporary jobs in ships, land or maritime facilities operating in the oil or gas industry can obtain this visa.

• If any violation against the mentioned terms in application form, the ministry of interior have rights to take legal action.
