1. To apply for reinstatement in Qatar University, applicant has to visit theQatar University office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Qatar University office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Qatar University office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, reinstatement in Qatar University will be approved.

1. To apply for reinstatement in Qatar University through online, visit the following link: Online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your username and password then click on “Sign in” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, visit the Qatar university and create your new account.
4. After successful login, select "Student Services" menu then click on "Reinstatement Application" option.
5. In the next page, complete the form with necessary sponsor information and click on “Next” button.
6. In the next page, you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Submit” button.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, reinstatement in Qatar University will be approved.

• QU studentshall submit a request to the Qatar University to apply for reinstatement in Qatar University.
