Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for new allocation in industrial area, applicant has to visit the technical affairs department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the customer services counter in the technical affairs department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be approved.

• Required documents upon submitting the application:
  • Copy of Qatari ID of tenant.
  • Copy of (commercial registration, commercial license, company ID) if tenant had commercial name, and copy of authorized signatory’s Qatari ID.
  • Industrial license copy (in case of industrial use).
• Required documents upon contract’s issuance:
  • Application file (land allocation) and all relevant documents.
  • Copy of PD and Policy Plan.
  • Original allocation notice issued by the Industrial Area Supervising Committee.
• Required documents upon contract’s approval:
  • Authorization letter allowing receipt of the new approved contract.

• Companies, institutions and authorities that have commercial registration and company ID are eligible to apply.

• Applicable fees are as follows:
  • Application submission: QR100.
  • Annual rent collected in advance at the beginning of each fiscal year, whereas the first instalment is collect upon receiving the contract.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the technical affairs department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply for new allocation in industrial area.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
