Apply Online

1. Companies and Institutions can apply for Metrash service online by visiting the Ministry of Interior’s website through the following link.
2. Once you have opened the website’s page click on the MOI Services tab on the dashboard and navigate to the Inquires section then click on it.
3. This will lead you to the next page displaying MOI Services, where you have to click on the Metrash Tab to go the next page
4. Here click on the Metrash for Company’s icon to access the online application form.
5. Fill in the required information for registration. These include:-

   • Company's ID Number (8 digits)
   • QID Number of the authorized individual ( 11 digits)
   • E-mail address
   • Mobile number (8 digits)
   • Preferred language
   • The verification code from the picture or audio

6. Confirm that the information you provided is correct, then click on the “Subscribe” button.
7. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided confirming the company or institutions registration.
8. The registration process is immediate and free of charge.

Note:

• The total registered companies under metrash service is 60128
• You can change the email, cancel the subscription and inquire the total number of subscribers in this service online by clicking the icon at the end of the page.

• Metrash is one of the main electronic services provided by the Ministry of Interior to the Companies and Institutions working in Qatar. Using metrash, Companies, and Institutions working in Qatar can receive SMS messages on their mobile GSM phones alerting them of important information.

Terms and Conditions

• Metrash is a free service provided by MOI.
• The service is activated after 24 hours of submitting subscription requests.
• Metrash is an informative service.
• In no event shall the ministry of interior be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or delay in receiving of the information available from metrash service.
• In order to maintain the privacy of information, the mobile number requested to receive the SMS messages shall be registered in Mobile Service Provider in the name of the service requester.
