Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for long term lease of public land, applicant has to visit the state properties department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the contracts section in the state properties department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, long term lease of public land will be approved.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the state properties department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply for long term lease of public land.

• Long term lease of public lands are to be used as parking lots or for building hospitals, factories, schools and other purposes.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
