1. Toapply for license registration to use trademark, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI)and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Nowcomplete the form with necessary information andmake sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the license registration to use trademark certificate on a specified date

• Copy of applicant Qatar ID card.
• Letter of attorney from the licensed company.
• The license agreement between the parties, in which the right is documented.
• Copy of commercial registration.

• Applicant who have letter of attorney from the licensed company are eligible to apply.
• Applicant who have valid Qatar ID card and commercial registration are eligible to apply.

A fees of QR525/- applies for this service.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to apply for license registration to Use trademark.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.

• Registration of trademark is used to prevent third parties using your trademark.
• Trademark is used to identify your brands.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
