Qatar - Apply for Hamad Port Entry Permit

  • This service enables establishments to submit a request to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to obtain a permit to enter Hamad port from Qatar Ports Management Company (QPMC).

Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for a Hamad Port Entry permit an applicant has to approach the Ministry of Interior (MOI) offices from the Qatar Ports Management Company, in person, to make the application.
  2. The first step is to fill out a Request for a permit to enter the port (Hamad) application form online then print it out. The application form can be obtained from the MOI Website or can be accessed using the following link : Request for a permit to enter the port (Hamad)
  3. Enter all the required information correctly, print the completed application form, and then attach the required documents. These include:
    • QID copy
    • Visa
    • Travel documents ( Gulf card or Foreign Card)
    • Employment card
    • Any other documents as prescribed by the MOI officials.
  4. Submit the completed application form to the MOI offices for processing and approval.
  5. The application is free of charge and the processing time is usually immediate. However, the processing time may vary depending on the accuracy of the information you gave in your application form
  6. Once the application has been processed by the MOI officials a Port entry permit will be issued to the applicant.


Note:

  • All data are filled by the applicant and the company (QPMC) has the right to reject the application if it deems it justified.
