Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for contributors certificate, applicant has to visit the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the GRSIA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, contributors certificate will be provided.

2. If you already have an account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful log-in, please select certificate type then you can enter the all necessary information and click on “Submit” button.
4. Now authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After verification process, contributors certificate will be provided.

• Copy of applicant Qatari ID card.
• Copy of commercial registration.
• Copy of establishment ID card.

Apart from the above listed documents, authorities may ask for additional information or document. Please provide them for smooth processing.
