4. Enter all required information according to the type of certificate requested.
5. Select option for delivery or pickup.
6. Provide digital signature.
7. Applicants will be notified by e-mail whether the application is approved or rejected.
8. Once approved, applicants may return to Hukoomi website to pay for the fee.

Qatari Citizens over the age of 18 with active MOI status may apply for a certificate for themselves.

Male applicants can also apply on behalf of:

• Wives
• Parents
• Sons and unmarried daughters
• Wives of sons
• Brothers and unmarried sisters
• Wives of brothers
• Grandchildren, except married females
• Nephews and nieces, except married nieces

Certificates can be printed in Arabic, or both English and Arabic.

The cost of issuing each certificate is QR10.
