1. To apply for camp insurance fee refund, applicant has to visit the protection and wildlife department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the protection and wildlife department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, camp insurance fee will be refunded.

2. Please enter your QID number, mobile number and captcha in the textbox and then click on “conform letters of the Image” button.
3. Now complete the form with necessary information. Then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on applicable button.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After verification process, camp insurance fee will be refunded.
