1. To apply for ban on establishment through online, visit the following link:online portal

   • Note: This link is not working temporarily.

2. please login to MADLSA e-services portal.
3. Now click on applicable option to apply for ban on establishment and now complete the form with necessary information and click on “Submit” button.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After the verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

• Copy of establishment ID card.

• Establishments shall submit a request to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) to apply for ban on establishment.

• Qatar ID card number.
• Establishment ID card number.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
