1. Toapply for automatic residency permit for establishments through online, visit the following link:online portal
2. After visiting website, please select “E-services” then login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
3. After successful login, please click on "Residency Services" menu and then click on "Automatic Residency Renewal" option.
4. Choose the “Subscribe in the Service” option then read the terms and conditions of the service and then tick the check box.
5. Now complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Submit” button.
6. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
7. After verification process, automatically renew their employees residency permits.

Metrash2 App

• Applicant who have valid Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.
• Applicant who have commercial registration are eligible to apply.

• No fees are required for this service.

• In the “Metrash2” mobile Application, one who has Qatar ID can easily login and enter into the application to make use of the services provided. Visit the following link to download “Metrash2” mobile application: Link

• If any violating the mentioned terms in application form, the ministry of interior rights to take legal action.
