Apply In-Person

1. To apply for approval to Install Billboards, applicant has to visit the Urban Design Section of the Urban Planning Department at MME office.

3. Write a formal request letter addressed to municipality of the region where you wish to install the billboard requesting the municipality to allow you to install the billboard and then prepared the rest required documents for your application as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below
4. Visit the municipality premises, customer service office and submit your complete request to the service official
5. The officer will provide you with an acknowledgement receipt of receiving your request and forward the application to the concerned authorities for approval
6. Your request will assessed and if it meets the standard requirement, an approval letter form the municipality will be prepare and availed for collection
7. The customer service officer will notify you through the communication channel you provided during submission of your request to come and collect the approval letter
   

Note: You can also contact a private company to assist you with the approval and installation process at a service charge fee
