1. Print the application form
2. Fill in the form with all required data of the animals owner including ID number, address, Establishment ID number (for companies) in addition to all data of the animal including the kind(cat, dog) age, breed, colour, number of electronic chip, and other distinctive marks.
3. Submit the form along with all required documents to the Ministry of Environment.

2. For individuals: a photocopy of the ID card.
3. For government: an official letter confirming ownership
4. For companies, associations, and institutions: a copy of Establishment ID, a copy of commercial license, and an authorisation letter.
