1. To apply scholarship for religious institute, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the ministry of endowments and Islamic affairs office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, you can avail the scholarship for religious institute.
   
   

• Filled application form.
• Photograph of applicant.
• Certificate of good conduct approved by official authorities in his country.
• Medical Certificate approved by official authorities in his country.
• Scholarship Recommendation Letter from an official authority in his country showing full address.
• Original certificate of the best academic certificate which include all subject he has studied.
• Primary or preparatory certificates.
• Original birth certificate or certified copy.
• Copy of applicant passport which must be valid for the period of three years.

• The students applying for scholarship must have 80% marks average and have officially authorized certificates.
• It is necessary for the applicant to be a Muslim who knows Arabic and he must be well versed reading as well as writing.
• Scholarship is granted for male children only.
• The student applying for scholarship should submit a certificate of good conduct and behaviour, certified by authorities in his country.

• Application form should be filled in Arabic only.
• All certificates are attested by the Ministry Of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and by the Qatari embassy or any Gulf embassy, or an embassy of any Arab country where the certificate was issued in case there is no Qatari embassy available.
• Scholarships are sanctioned at the preliminary and secondary at the institutes and also within the specified age constraints as mentioned in the Ministry of education in the state of Qatar.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant. 
• The Ministry of Endowment will not hold any responsibility for missing official documents from the Ministry due to any discrepancy in the address of the applicant.
