Apply In-Person

1. To apply for Hostel license in Punjab, the applicant has to approach the nearest municipal corporation in their area.
2. Get the application form from the executive officer in the municipal corporation.
3. Fill up the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. Pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
7. Once the application is accepted, the applicant will receive an application number to the registered mobile number.
8. You can download the license using the application number.

1. The applicant must be the resident of Punjab.
2. The applicant must be above the age of 18.
3. The applicant should not have any criminal cases.

• Pay the required amount of fees as per the instructions.

• The license is valid for one year.
