1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant can use the Highway Safety Division online form. Here is the contact Link
2. Click on the following link to the online request form Link
3. The applicant will need to enter all the relevant details such as first name, address, country and so on.
4. The applicant will need to enter their driver’s license number verify the captcha and click on “Continue”.
5. The applicant may need to pay a fee, find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Once all the information has been entered and submitted, the applicant shall receive their driver’s license extract that can be collected in person or by mail depending on the mode the applicant selected.

• The applicant must have a PEI driver’s License.
