1. You may apply for a duplicate vehicle registration certificate through IMT's Online Services .
2. Click the link - SOIS - Log in
3. Simply follow the instructions on how to complete your online request.

In person:

1. You may also apply for the procedure in person by going to an IMT service counter or by visiting a Citizen Shop counter that provides the service.
2. Make sure that you bring your vehicle identification document.
3. Complete the required forms and submit it together with all other required documents.

• Vehicle identification document: Booklet and title deed registration or registration certificate;
• Applicant's identification document;
• Completed Form Model 9 and Model 10 IMT ;(in duplicate)
• Tax Identification Number.
