1. In order to be obtain a Tax Identification Number (NIP), applicants will need to complete a NIP-7 form. The form can be obtain at any Tax Office. A link is also provided under 'Documents to Use' section, which you can use to download the form.
2. The completed form may be sent by registered letter, or one may visit the competent local tax office for the seat of the company and file the document with the appropriate clerk.
