Philippines - Register as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)


Procedure

Step – 1 – Exam Registration

  1. To Register as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the applicant has to complete the application through the Professional Regulation Commission or tap the following link
  2. The applicant has to click the “I Agree” button under the Registration.
  3. The applicant has to enter the details and click the “Register” button.
  4. Then click the “CLICK HERE TO VALIDATE EMAIL” and continue entering the details and clicking the “Submit” button.
  5. Now move on to the sign-in and enter the email address & password and click the “Sign-in” button.
  6. The applicant has to enter all the personal details and click the “SAVE INFORMATION”
  7. Now upload the image and click the “UPLOAD IMAGE”
  8. Enter the details about the examination and click the “PROCEED”
  9. For initial registration enter the application number and click the PROCEED”
  10. Complete all the sections of renewal, duplicate, e-oath and certification, and click the “PROCEED” button.
  11. The applicant has to fix the date of the appointment and click the “Proceed” button.
  12. Also, the applicant has to complete the fee process online and click the “Next” button.
  13. The applicant can check the payment details and click “Confirm Payment”.
  14. Finally, the applicant can print the certificate application, initial registration, fee receipt, duplicate certificate anything by clicking the “PRINT DOCUMENT”.


Step – 2 Schedules of Examination

  1. The applicant can use the following link to check the schedules of examination with all the details link
  2. Click the “Schedule of examination” based on the year.
  3. Now the applicant can check all the details of examination and centres.


Step – 3 Room Assignment

  1. To check the details of room assignment, the applicant has to use the following link
  2. View all the details based on the licensure examination.


Step – 4 EXAMINATION

  1. The applicant has to visit the center on the date of the examination.
  2. The applicant has to bring the transcript of the record.
  3. After completing the exam, the applicant has to wait for the result.
  4. For exam results click the “here” button from the following link
  5. Now the applicant has to enter the details and click the “Verify” button.
  6. The applicant gets the result from the page.


Step – 5 - CERTIFICATION

  1. The respective officer will check the exam results and the following application copy and fee.
  2. The officer will contact the applicant to collect the certificate from the office.
  3. The applicant has to visit the office with the acknowledgment slip to collect the certificate.

Fees

  • The applicant has to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P900.




Validity
