• Application signed by the Peruvian contracting under the provisions of Art.48 of Supreme Decree N 015-98 - PCM.
• Marriage Certificate issued by a foreign authority, apostilled or legalized by consular signature of Peru and legalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; translated into Spanish in the case that the Act has been issued in different language.
• Peruvian spouse's DNI.
• A document stating the date of entry into the country from which you start counting the statutory period of 90 days.
