If you are Paraguay resident at least 18 years old and know how to read/write the Spanish/Guaraní (except for a Foreigner), you can apply for a driving license by follow below guide:

1. Make sure you have the required documents Required Documents as listed below:
   1. Your affidavit on the condition of affections/addictions (if available)
   2. Your First Aid basic knowledge certificate
   3. Your proof of blood typing (issued by a laboratory authorized or the Ministry of Publuc Health Social Welfare)
   4. More details about additional documents you can contact a nearest municipal agents or road police office on your local municipality at link Municipal Office
2. Go to a municipal agent/road police office on your local municipality Office to present the required documents and follow officer’s guide to pay applicable fee and start your procedure of obtain a driving license as below:
   1. Take your medical examination (constancy of physical, visual, auditory, etc.)
   2. Take a Theoretical examination Testand click on Test Normas y Legislacion and Test Senales de Transito sections
   3. Take a First aid test First Aid and click on Test primeros Auxilios section
   4. Take a Practical Exam Examand click onTest mecanica section.

If you pass all exams, you need to wait for a certain time to get you Driving License at the Municipality or CIN(National Printing Center).
