1. To apply for a passport for minors, applicants must visit a Department of Identifications office.
2. Complete an application and submit it together with these documents:
   1. Applicant's current identity card
   2. Permission of the minor issued by the Court of Peace or judicial leave issued by the Court of the child or adolescence
   3. In case the child will be travelling with their parents, they must sign a book of minutes in the Passport Department, which will state that the child will be accompanied by the same
   4. Parental identity card in force
3. Pay the application fee.
4. It will take about 15 days for your application to be processed.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" to get in touch with the nearest Paraguayan Embassy in the country you are currently staying. The Embassy's consular service section will process your request to obtain a passport for minors.
