Migration Certificate shall be issued only to the candidates who have been registered with the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad.
In case of Pakistan Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only.
In case of abroad US$20/- (US Dollar Twenty only)
It can only be used once when transferring from one educational institution to another.

Migration certificate is provided to the student when he leaves an institution and it is necessary to be admitted in another college.
Fee may be paid in HBL, Boards branch through bank challan or Bank Draft payable to the
Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad drawnable at a bank in Islamabad.
Depositors copy of Challan or Original Bank Draft may be attached with application form.
Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate. e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
Note: - Original Identity Card must be shown at the time of receiving Certificate
Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad is the Intermediate Education Governmental body in Pakistan and overseas Pakistani schools.
It is authorized with financial and administrative authority to organize, manage, regulate, develop and control intermediate and secondary education in general and accomplish examinations in the institutions affiliated with it.
