1. To apply for a business visa, go to a Pakistan Mission abroad and complete an application to obtain a Business Visa. Note: Contact information to different Pakistani Mission abroad is provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" section.
2. Submit the completed form together with all the required documents.
3. Pay the application fee.
4. The Visa Officer will check your documents. They may even conduct a short interview.
5. Wait for the decision whether your application is approved or declined.

• Valid passport
• Documents showing substantial investment / export / import during last year.
• Registration letter from Tourism Division (in case of hotel business)
• Other business documents (i.e. letter from Chamber of Commerce & Industry):
  • Recommendation letter from CC&I of the respective country of the foreigner.
  • Invitation letter from Business organization duly recommended by the concerned Trade Organization/Association in Pakistan
  • Recommendatory letter by Honorary Investment Counselor of BOI/Commercial Attach posted at Missions abroad.
• Registrar of Company, partnership deed, article of association etc.)
• Duly filled in visa form
• Three recent photographs
• Visa fee
