Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is a mean of being identified with your NADRA’s record. This provides the family composition.

HOW TO APPLY

IN PERSON

Visit the NADRA’s Registration Centre (NRC) near you with all the required documents and the recommended fee.

Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC:
By Birth

• You will be issued a token
• Your photograph will be taken
• Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over

By Marriage
In case children are less than 18 years of age, please note that you have to bring all the children along with you who are required to be added in the FRC.

• You will be issued a token
• Your photograph will be taken
• Pictures of all the children will be taken
• Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over

In case children are equal to or greater than 18 years of age

• You will be issued a token
• Your photograph will be taken
• Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over

By Adoption
In case child is adopted and presence of child is necessary,

• You will be issued a token
• Your photograph will be taken
• The photograph of the adopted children will be taken (As per adoption rules the child needs to be less than 21 years of age)
• Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over.
  
  

ONLINE APPLICATION
Visit the family register NADRA’s website and log in if you have an account Apply online and enter you email count and password then log in.

If you don’t have an account you can create a New PAK IDENTITY Account. Link Register

• You will be redirected to the next page ,Read through the instruction carefully and fill the form correctly and proceed
• Upload required photograph up to 5MBas per specification
• Pay the recommended fee through credit or debit card

Note
Applicant applying in Pakistan can also go to the nearest E-Sahulat center and pay against the online issued tracking ID

• Carefully review the information you have provided in the application before submitting it.
• You will receive your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) as a PDF file in your registered email account.

Through NRC

• Normally it will be delivered in real time in case of applying through NRC.

Through Pak Identity

• The PDF version of FRC will be sent to your provided email address, within 24 hours.

In case of New FRC:

1. Provide the citizen number
2. Once verified, there is a choice of getting an FRC:

   • With Parents and Siblings
   • With Spouse and Children

3. Add family details of all the members in the family with their Citizen Number and relation with the applicant. Add all members of the family.
4. System will verify the Family details.
5. Pay fee through a Credit Card/Debit Card.

• Applicant full names
• E-mail address of the applicant
• Full Names of all the additional members of family who are to be added in the certificate

Family Registration Certificates are registration documents issued to citizens of Pakistan highlighting the family tree structure of the applicant
