1. In obtaining the card, the applicant would have to go to the Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) where they will do the following procedures:
   1. Issuance of Token
   2. Photo Capturing
   3. Thumb and Signatures
   4. Data Acquisition by DEO
   5. Printing of form
   6. Attestation & Form Submission
2. The gathered datas will be uploaded to the NADRA Data Warehouse where it will undergo verification and clearance procedures.
3. Printing and production of the card.
4. Delivery of NICOP to NSRC or Address

• Birth Certificate or
• Old NIC or
• Matriculation Certificate or
• CNICs of immediate relatives or
• Passport (mandatory in case of new)
