1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant will need to visit the nearest Service Ontario centre. find the nearest centre here Link
2. The applicant will need to complete an application form. This will be provided by the authorities.
3. Submit the application form at the office.
4. The applicant will need to carry their DL along with them.
5. The applicant will need to pay a fee, find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
6. The applicant will receive their uncertified driver’s license abstract on the same day after the fee payment.
7. It will take 15 days for the applicant to obtain a certified copy of the abstract which will be sent to the applicant by mail.

4. The applicant will need to enter all the relevant information such as their driver's license number or registrant identification number and click on “Add to my order”.
5. The applicant will be directed to the payment page, make the payment and click on submit.
6. Once submitted, the applicant can download and print their application form immediately.
