• Must be 18 years old and above.
• For applicants ages 16 and 17, parental consent of either parent or legal guardian is required.

• Marriage License Fee: $50.00
• If Premarital Counseling is completed: $5.00

The license is valid for 10 days. The license can only be used within the State of Oklahoma.

• Both parties must be present when applying for a marriage license.
• Proof of age is required when applying for a marriage license.
• Marriage under the age of 16 is prohibited in this state except by court order.
• Persons divorced in this state may not marry anyone other than their previous spouse for a period of six months after the divorce decree is filed.
• The premarital counseling program must be conducted in accordance with Oklahoma Statute [43 O.S. 5.1 http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=104402]
