Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Odisha is available in the Odisha Veterinary Council.

3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Renewal of registration will be done within 15 days. If the renewal has not been done within a month, then, the applicant has to visit the council to know status of their application.
