Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant must visit the thasildhar at revenue department office to apply in person with the documents specified under required documents session. Link for contact : Tahasil Web Information and Address of eMunicipality
2. Please go the respective office. Submit the completed application obtained from office or can be downloaded from the following link: Application
3. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
4. This application will be verified by the respective authorities as per instruction.
5. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
6. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective DC to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
7. Applicant will get the certificate in 14 days after due verification.
   
   

Through CSC

1. Use the following link to find the centre. Link: Common Service Center in Orissa
2. Please go the respective office.
3. Application can be obtained from the authorities.
4. Submit the complete application along with required documents to the operator in the centre.
5. Operator will check the details and start to process online using the computer.
6. Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.
7. This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.
8. Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number provided while applying.
9. Applicant shall use the application number to find the status on the e-district portal.

12. In the resulting page enter the application number as prompted and hit search to get display of the status of the application.
13. If it is ready, user can download or else visit the CSC centre where applied and get the printout from the operator.

• Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.

• Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
• Applicant passport size photograph.
• 2 different Gazette Officers certification (as per requirement)
• Education records duly signed
• Aadhaar card
• Land revenue receipt (in case of farmer if available).
• Affix stamp as advised by authorities if required.
