Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant will need to visit the nearest Motor Vehicle Division Issuing Office. Here is the contact Link
2. Find the nearest office here Link
3. If the applicant does not reside near a motor vehicle division, they can apply at the local Municipal Liaison Office (MLO) or Government Liaison Office (GLO). Find the nearest GLO here: Link
4. The applicant will need to complete an application form. This will be given to them at the office.
5. Submit the application form. The applicant will need to carry a valid photo ID along with them.
6. The applicant will need to pay a fee, find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
7. The applicant will receive their driver’s license extract a few days after the submission of the application, it can be collected from the office.
