Apply by Mail

1. To apply for a Tobacco Wholesaler License, the applicant will need to enter into a collectors agreement and obtain a wholesale dealers permit from the Minister.
2. The applicant will need to submit a tobacco wholesaler license application. The applicant can obtain the application form by contacting the authorities.
3. To obtain the form, contact the government of Nunavut, find contact information under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
4. Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
5. The applicant may need to pay a bond deposit, this will be intimated by the authorities.
6. Submit the application form by mailing it to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
7. Once the application has been signed and approved, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.
8. The applicant shall receive their license within a few weeks from the submission of the application.
