Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant will need to visit the nearest Driver and Vehicle Office. find the nearest office here Link
2. The applicant will need to complete an application form. Click on the following link to download the application form Link
3. Submit the application form to the nearest driver and vehicle office.
4. The applicant will need to carry a valid photo ID along with them.
5. The applicant will need to pay a fee, find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
6. The applicant will receive their driver’s license extract a few days after the submission of the application, it can be collected from the counter after fee payment.

Apply Online

1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant can use the Highway Safety Division online form. Here is the contact Link
2. Click on the following link to the online request form Link
3. The applicant will need to log in to the e-service portal using their credentials.
4. If the applicant does not have an account, they can create an account using a sign-in partner or an NTKey.
5. The applicant will need to enter all the relevant details such as first name, address, country and so on.
6. Once logged in, the applicant will need to fill out an online application form.
7. The applicant will need to enter their driver’s license number verify the captcha and click on “Continue”.
8. The applicant will need to pay a fee, find further information under the “Fees” section of this page.
9. Once all the information has been entered and submitted, the applicant shall receive their driver’s license extract that can be collected in person or by mail depending on the mode the applicant selected.
