  • It's either an ignition lock for alcohol or a learner's permit; the applicant must reapply for their learner's permit.
  • It has been put on hold or cancelled.
  • The applicant is currently ineligible to obtain or hold a driver's licence.
  • The product is at least five years old.
  • No longer residing in the NT.
