1. Write an application letter for business license renewal to the Licensor.
2. Completely sign and date the application.
3. Pay the fees.

Note:
On receipt of any such application for renewal together with the prescribed fee, by the Licensor, the licence shall be renewed for a period of one year commencing on 1 April, provided however, the Licensor may refuse to renew the licence if he is reasonably satisfied that the applicant is no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence.

The Licensor will notify the businesses to renew their license via local radio and television one month prior to March 31.

• The number of the licences to be renewed; and
• The full name, occupation and address in Niue of the applicant; and
• Any change in the matters
