An application for the renewal of an air service licence must

• Be made to Cabinet; and
• Be accompanied by such information and documents in support of the application as Cabinet requires.

Cabinet may

• Refuse an application for the renewal of an air service licence; or
• Grant it
  • in whole or in part; and
  • subject to any condition Cabinet considers necessary in the public interest.

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.

2. City or County of Birth.

An air service license must be renewed when it's about to expire or is expired.

Inquiries as to air service licence

• Cabinet may appoint a person to hold a public inquiry to determine if an air service operation being carried on under the authority of an air service licence is being carried on in conformity with its terms and conditions.
• A person appointed under subsection (1) must give at least 21 days notice of his intention to hold the inquiry to
  • The licensee; and
  • Any other person he or she believes has an interest in the air service licence.
• The notice must
  • State the day, time, and place fixed for the inquiry; and
  • Contain details of the matter proposed to be inquired into.

Revocation of air service licences
Cabinet may revoke an air service licence or suspend it for any period the Cabinet considers appropriate

• If the air service operation authorised by the licence is not started on the date specified in it for the start of the operation; or
• If the licensee abandons or curtails the air service operation authorised by the licence; or
• If after receiving the report of a person appointed to hold an inquiry Cabinet is satisfied that the licensee is not carrying on the air service operation in conformity with the licence; or
• If Cabinet is satisfied that the licensee has disposed of the air service operation authorised by the licence to another person without
  • transferring the licence to that person; or
  • obtaining Cabinets consent to the transfer
